We can construct a fusion protein for you, in which we attach the SNAP-IRES-neo/kan cassette to your protein in place of the stop-codon or at any position you require regardless of restriction sites. The SNAP-tag is multi-functional and will allow you to easily detect the expression of the protein and its location. It can also be used for affinity purification of your protein.
